Before entering commercial property management, Andy spent over a decade in commercial valuation, advising government bodies, financial institutions and investors on asset value, market conditions and investment decisions. As a registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Andy developed a detailed understanding of what drives commercial property performance and the factors that influence long-term value.

Combined with a Bachelor of Construction Management, Andy brings a rare perspective to property management, understanding not only the financial performance of an asset, but also the physical elements that impact its condition, maintenance and future potential.

For landlords, this means a proactive approach to asset management. From assessing maintenance priorities and reviewing rental performance through to identifying issues before they become larger challenges, Andy provides advice grounded in evidence, experience and a strong understanding of commercial property fundamentals.
